I ordered hair products from this app and it came out to be fully damaged and broken and now I'm trying to reach customer care but they are hanging up my call even they are not reverting back on email even after hundred of mails. Even there is no option to back the damaged products . Now when I'm logging into my account they are not showing my order history that I ordered those products !!!! Worst app and Worst experience!!! Not recommended to shop from this app 😕

Such a worst app placed an order and they cancelled it without prior notice and on checking the order details one product showed it was canceled. Already paid the money for it and they are telling they will return the money. But what is the use of it they said they will deliver the product and they are canceling it out of the blue.

We are disheartened to learn about your experience. We do try to fulfill every order that comes through, however, we come across a few rare situations where we face inventory errors. Regardless, we're working on the inventory crunch issues and we'll certainly try to avoid such instances from happening again.

Very bad app.... I have ordered something which i was supposed to receive on 19 march but not received till now..,.. And there is no option for cancelling and i have already paid for this i don't know if i will get my money back or not...... Don't even install this app..... It's worst😖
