I ordered hair products from this app and it came out to be fully damaged and broken and now I'm trying to reach customer care but they are hanging up my call even they are not reverting back on email even after hundred of mails. Even there is no option to back the damaged products . Now when I'm logging into my account they are not showing my order history that I ordered those products !!!! Worst app and Worst experience!!! Not recommended to shop from this app š

Worst experience. I bought bellavita cmask. I got an 18-month-old product which will expire in 3 months. Difficult to reach them. Not at all happy. If the image option is available, I would have uploaded pics here. Better avoid.I hope youāre lucky reading my review. All other reviews are paid as per my opinion

Such a worst app placed an order and they cancelled it without prior notice and on checking the order details one product showed it was canceled. Already paid the money for it and they are telling they will return the money. But what is the use of it they said they will deliver the product and they are canceling it out of the blue.
